SEND
For shipping we work together with GLS. Together we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. We ship the ordered products on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. If you have not received your order after 8 days, please contact our support@winnerswinloserslose.nl.
Your order can be delivered to your home or to another address (for example your work). Shipping rates depend on the weight of your order and the location it is shipped to. You can request the applicable shipping rates in our shopping cart.
Delivery via GLS
GLS will deliver your order to the address you specified. If the package cannot be delivered, it will be delivered to the neighbors or offered again later. The day and time of the 2nd delivery depends on the day of the 1st delivery. If you are not at home with the 2nd delivery, you will receive a note in the letterbox.
RETURN
If you are not at home with the 2nd delivery, you will receive a note in the letterbox. Mail us for this at support@winnerswinloserslose.nl. When you have reported that you wish to return the products, they must be demonstrably returned to winnerswinloserslose.nl within 14 days.
The ordered goods can be returned within 14 days, provided they are undamaged and in their original packaging.
